GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. CONTRACT CONCLUSION

The completion of a booking establishes a legally valid contract between the customer and ACQUA DI PERLA HOTELS & RESORTS INTERNATIONAL (DVHR L.L.C.), The Exchange Tower, Business Bay Dubai UAE (hereinafter referred to as "the Supplier").

Upon booking one or more units at the same or different locations, the Supplier commits to confirming the booked service to the customer within the next 24 hours after the booking has been made.

2. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

From the moment of booking confirmation within the standard 24-hour period, the customer can no longer cancel their booking free of charge.

In case of cancellation after confirmation, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the entire booking amount.

Rebookings are only possible with the express consent of the Supplier. Additional costs may arise, which can be charged to the customer.

3. LIABILITY EXCLUSION

The Supplier assumes no responsibility for the quality and services of the booking arranged by the Supplier in the respective hotel, apartment, or resort.

The Supplier does not reimburse any costs, additional costs, or complete or partial refunds for services at the destination.

The respective hotel or resort is exclusively responsible for on-site service.

4. REVIEWS

Reviews of the booking service refer exclusively to the organizational and in-house services of the Supplier, such as acceptance of the booking, delivery of booking confirmation, and communication with the customer.

Reviews that relate to services at the respective location such as the hotel or resort and are directed directly or indirectly at the Supplier must be clearly separated by the customer.

Upon request from the Supplier, the customer is obligated to immediately change or delete misleading reviews.

5. FINAL PROVISIONS

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates.

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Changes or additions to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing.
